Yes, we do conduct a credit check as part of our screening process. However, we understand that credit history is just one piece of the puzzle when evaluating a potential tenant. We also consider other important factors such as a strong rental history, employment stability and income, and positive references from previous landlords. Our tenant screening process is designed to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for all residents. It includes:
Application Form: Each prospective tenant 18 and over must complete a detailed application form.
Credit Check: We conduct a credit check to assess financial responsibility.
Criminal Background Check: A background check is performed to verify any criminal records.
Applicants with major felony convictions will not be accepted.
Applicants involved with activity prohibited by the Federal Controlled Substances Act will not be accepted.
Income Verification: Proof of income is required to ensure that tenants can afford the rent.
The combined income for applicant and co-applicant should be at least 3 times monthly rent.
References: We contact previous landlords and other references to confirm the applicant's rental history and character.

Our apartment complex offers a variety of amenities, including:

Water is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity bills.
We offer a 12 month lease term. Shorter may be available upon request.
Yes, Up to 2 pets are allowed. Pets must weigh 25 pounds or less when fully grown. Additional pet deposit and fees apply.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the tenant portal or by calling our office during business hours. For emergency maintenance issues after hours, please contact our emergency maintenance line.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made online via ACH through the tenant portal or by check or money order person at the leasing office. Late fees apply for payments received after the 5th of the month.
